Daicamping DL30 Folding Multi Tool With Pliers And Cutter

Handle household fixes, wire work and small outdoor tasks with the folding Daicamping DL30 multi tool. Its pliers, cutters, knives and screwdrivers bring a range of hand tools together in one tool supplied with a case.

Keep it handy for tightening a screw, opening a can or cutting wire during a DIY job. The folding design makes it practical to store between projects, while the monochrome finish keeps its look simple.

• Pliers and wire tools: Flat-head and nut pliers, a soft-wire cutter, a hard-wire cutting hole, a wire bonding hole and a wire stripper cover common gripping and wire tasks.
• Cutting and sawing: Use the knife, serrated knife, scissors, T11D saw or T11C saw for different cutting jobs.
• More useful tools: A can opener, file, ruler, screw sleeve and file-saw interface add options for everyday repairs.
• Screwdriver selection: The tool includes a 33 mm bit and screw sleeve, with bit pairings listed as PH1+PH2, SP8+SP4, TT25+TT20, TT15+TT10, SL6+SL5, SL4+SL3, H5+H4 and H3+H2.5. It also has #7 and #3 slotted screwdrivers.

Steel components: The plier head is 3Cr13 steel, rated HRC 51–55; the 2Cr13 handle is rated HRC 46–48. The knife is 7Cr17 steel, rated HRC 55–58.

Care and sharpening: Other 3Cr13 parts include the serrated knife, file, saw, scissors and opener, each rated HRC 52–54. The needle and screwdriver bits are 3Cr13, rated HRC 50–53; saw parts are 58Cr4. After use in wet or high-salinity or alkaline conditions, rinse with pure water, wipe dry and apply oil. For sticky residue, clean promptly with water or detergent; avoid chlorine-based detergent. Wipe the tool and add light oil, such as WD-40, around the joints after cleaning.

Sharpen the straight knife with a standard sharpening tool. Use a specialist tool for the serrated blade, sharpening only its front teeth to preserve the serration’s function.
